As President of JD Accounting Solutions, I have over 12 years of 
experience conducting detailed financial audits of the accounting operations, fiscal controls, contract budgets, internal controls, costs, revenue and payroll, of Government-funded programs with the County of Los Angeles Department of Public Health; and 5 years of experience as the CFO of a Nonprofit Organization that was contracted with the State Department of Alcohol and Drugs to provide Drug Medi-Cal Outpatient Drug Fre (ODF) counseling services.
As an Auditor I’ve found that there are numerous laws, standards and funder requirements that nonprofits struggle to meet, often with very little support. Therefore, JD Accounting Solutions was established to help nonprofits assess those fiscal areas that they need to improve upon, while providing services and resources for implementing changes in the process of fiscal improvement. Our technical financial and analytical skills, and expertise in accounting knowledge, ensures that nonprofits are in compliance with laws, regulations and reporting requirements of funding agencies.
